Golf is an all year
round sport in Egypt. Play in the
centre of Cairo, on the shores of the Red Sea or under the shade of the
Pyramids! Beginners can get tuition from top coaches; experienced golfers can
play on testing greens. The courses are challenging and offer excellent club

- Mena House Oberoi: An 18 hole course Par 68.
No water (except water on the fairways!). Short Par 4 holes. Small putting
green
- Mirage City Golf Club: New Cairo - 18
holes, Par 72, 6944 yards, rating 73, three tees. Pro shop, Golf Pro, golf
academy/lessons, swing analyzer and other electronic equipment, caddies, power
carts, driving range, club rental, tournaments, beverage and food service on
the course. Three restaurants, function rooms, bar, billiards, library, board
room.
- Katameya Heights: 18 holes Golf Course (an additional 9 holes recently
opened), fairways going up and down and lots of water. Driving range,
putting green and superb clubhouse, including Pro shop, gymnasium and sauna.
- Pyramid
Golf: 36 holes, 9 lighted, championship course Par
72, 7004 yards, four tees , Golf Pro, lessons, swing analyzer, golf
academy, Pro shop, caddies, power carts, 300m lighted driving range, club rental,
tournaments, beverage and food service on the course. Three restaurants,
swimming pool.
- Dreamland Golf:18 holes, Par 72, 7205
yards, rating 74, four tees. Designed by renowned golf architect Karl
Litten. Golf
Pro, golf academy/lessons, swing analyzer and other electronics, Pro shop,
caddies, power carts, club rental, tournaments, food and beverage on the
course. Restaurant and bar. Tennis academy with six clay courts, pro
shop, tennis pro, lessons, tournaments, exercise facilities, swimming pool;
adjacent to amusement park.

- The Royal Valley: Excellent Par 72 18 Holes Golf Course, Golf Pro, lessons driving range, putting green, Pro shop, caddies, power carts, club rental, double driving range.

Tee off in Alexandria
- The Sporting Club 18 holes, Par 70, 5,960 yards, rating 69, two
tees. Pro shop, caddies, trolleys, club rental. Golf Pro, lessons, restaurant. The course is
part of the Alexandria Sporting Club, which has two swimming pools,
horseracing, croquet, tennis, squash, basketball, football, board games,
and many other facilities.

- The
Cascades Golf: The 18
hole Par 72 Golf Course designed by Gary Player designs.Driving range, pro shop , rental equipment, power carts and caddies,
lessons by P.G.A. Professional. Beginners and advanced courses.
- El Gouna: 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gene Bates, associate of
Fred Couples. Golf Pro, golf academy/lessons, Pro shop, caddies, carts, driving
range, club rental, beverage and food service on the course. Bar, restaurant,
exercise facilities, health spa, sauna, steam, massage.
